My MITSUBISHI CONNECT - A Convenient and Safe Driving Experience
My MITSUBISHI CONNECT is a free mobile application developed by Mitsubishi Motors Corporation designed to provide vehicle owners with a safe, secure and convenient driving experience. This application is available for iPhone users only, and it requires a Mitsubishi Telematics Control Unit equipped vehicle with an active subscription to use its features.
The application allows users to access Mitsubishi Connect services and request remote commands to their vehicles such as remote start, door lock/unlock, horn, lights, schedule dealer services, car finder, and parental controls. Additionally, Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle owners can view their charging status, manage charging schedules and settings. The application also allows users to manage their account settings and notifications and contact Customer Care for inquiries on the Mitsubishi Connect Safeguard and Remote Service Packages.
To use My MITSUBISHI CONNECT, you must have a 2018 model year or newer Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, 2022 model year or newer Mitsubishi Outlander, or 2023 model year or newer Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. The application's access is subject to cellular network availability and coverage limitations.
